THE ROLE
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for corporate clients
- Responsible for working with clients to plan and book their business travel arrangements
- Coordinate travel for in house travel, conferences and seminars
- Book flights, hotels, car hire and any special requests to domestic and worldwide destinations
- Provide support with travel amendments including reissues and cancellations
THE MUST HAVES
- Previous corporate travel consulting experience
- Extensive GDS knowledge - Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
- Exceptional airfare knowledge and self-ticketing experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
