THE ROLE
As a Retail Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing travel arrangements from enquiry through to departure, ensuring every client receives outstanding service and expert guidance throughout their journey.
✈️Create and manage tailor-made travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations
✈️Book flights, accommodation, cruises, rail journeys, car hire and other travel services
✈️Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
✈️Liaise with suppliers to secure the best travel solutions and experiences
✈️Handle travel amendments, reissues, cancellations and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
✈️Provide expert advice on destinations, products and travel requirements
Maximise value for clients while identifying opportunities to enhance their travel experience
✈️Stay up to date with emerging luxury travel trends, destinations and products
