We’re looking for a motivated Junior Travel Operations Consultant to join our Sydney-based client.
THE ROLE
As a Junior Travel Operations Consultant, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of travel services for leisure clients. Working closely with senior consultants and suppliers, you’ll help ensure every itinerary runs smoothly from booking to return.
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving matter every day.
Key responsibilities
-Assist in building and managing travel itineraries across flights, accommodation, and ground transport
-Support booking processes using internal systems and supplier platforms
-Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to confirm arrangements
-Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
-Help manage schedule changes, disruptions, and re-bookings when required
-Maintain accurate records and documentation for all bookings
THE MUST HAVES
-Passionate about travel and customer service
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Confident communicator (written and verbal)
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer skills; experience with booking systems is a bonus but not required
-A team player who is eager to learn and grow in the industry
