THE ROLE
-Manage the strategic focus of all revenue streams across rooms, MICE and F&B
-Drive pricing, distribution, and demand strategies to maximise profitability
-Execute innovative revenue strategies in the 5 Star luxury market
-Generate accurate, forward-looking forecasts and budgets
-Maximise overall hotel revenue including high-worth conferences and events

THE MUST HAVES
-Previous Revenue Management experience in a luxury Hotel
-Strong business growth strategy and proven financial acumen
-High analytical skills and strong systems knowledge
-Local luxury market understanding
