Move away from traditional 9-5 consulting with this after hours travel role.
We currently have a global travel company requiring experienced travel consultants to step into after hours roles and support their clients.
THE ROLE
- Resolve inbound enquiries from existing corporate clients, via phone and email
- Quote and issue new airfare tickets, calculate & reissue air tickets for changes
- Provide an exceptional client experience by adhering to SLAs
- 24/7 rotating roster; Mon - Fri & Saturday/Sunday (alternate weekends)
- 100% WFH
- Main hours of operation are 4:00pm - 10:00am & Weekends

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Previous travel consulting experience preferably within corporate travel
- High level Sabre GDS and fares knowledge
- Strong ticketing skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
- Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
