🎵Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm or 8:30am – 2:30pm)

Bring your passion for the travel industry to this unique role where you'll be responsible for handling the logistics for entertainment clients, music touring groups, sports teams and corporate and retail clients.
THE ROLE
✈️Booking flights, hotels and car hire and any special requests to predominantly domestic destinations
✈️Manage a portfolio of Entertainment, Groups, Corporate and Retail clients
✈️Develop close rapports with tour managers to tailor travel experiences for the artists
✈️Process client requests efficiently, maintain accurate records and update clients on the status of their travel plans
✈️Deliver exceptional customer service while preparing seamless travel arrangements
✈️Handle emergency travel scenarios, changes and travel resolution
✈️Participate as a team member and contribute to the wellbeing of our company
✈️Keep informed on the latest industry travel trends to be able to provide expert advice to your clients
THE MUST HAVES
✔️Previous travel consulting experience
✔️Experience in group travel is highly desirable
✔️Amadeus preferred and experience with Tramada and Excel
✔️Self-Ticketing experience preferred
✔️Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
✔️Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
✔️Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
✔️Ability to work cohesively within a close-knit team
✔️Excellent telephone presence and effective interpersonal skills
