THE ROLE
- You will be the first and last impression of this professional corporate company for all guests to this prestigious location.
- Using your personality and excellent customer service you will assist with all things concierge and reception duties including assistance with booking meeting rooms, car parking, food & beverage delivery as required and floor access.
THE MUST HAVES
- Proven track record in a Hotel concierge or similar guest services role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and service-orientated approach
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Strong time management skills
- Genuine drive to go the extra mile every time
- Display excellent attitude and the highest of standards in grooming
