THE ROLE
• Manage all aspects of event group travel for corporate clients, including flights, accommodations and transportation
• Provide exceptional customer service to corporate clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet preferences, budget and compliance with travel policies

THE MUST HAVES
• Previous travel consulting experience with group experience highly desirable
• Solid GDS Skills
• Domestic and International fares knowledge
• EventsAir experience highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Highly driven & solutions-orientated
