This stunning boutique resort is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager who will manage a small maintenance team and work closely with the Island GM and Operations Teams to ensure the island is maintained to high operational, safety and presentation standards.
This position is hands-on, combining leadership, planning and compliance with regular manual work across accommodation, hospitality, marine and public areas.
Previous management experience in a similar role, as well as trade qualifications, such as plumber/builder are essential.
