This award winning travel director is currently seeking a Retail Travel Manager to assist in opening a new store and building a winning team.
The role
- Stepping into this brand new store in a superb central location, you'll be supported by management to build and drive a successful retail travel office.
- As a hand on manager you'll be confident in selling a range of international and leisure travel packages to a diverse clientele range whilst also managing and leading a small team.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Hiring, mentoring and training staff
- Devising marketing strategies for performance growth
- Liaising with suppliers
- Booking worldwide leisure holidays to amazing destinations
- Representing the agency at conferences and travel events

What you need to succeed
- Previous experience in retail travel with proven leadership skills.
- Exceptional GDS skills & fares knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work a 6 day rotating roster.
