This well-established Melbourne travel agency is seeking to expand its tight-knit travel team with a motivated and talented consultant.
Bring your passion for the travel industry and genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service to this dynamic and professional team.
Day-to-day tasks will include liaising with new and existing clients, booking flights, accommodations, cruises and tours, ensuring a seamless travel experience. This role requires close collaboration with suppliers and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends.
The successful candidate will have a positive, can do-attitude, exceptional attention to detail and extensive travel industry experience.
• GDS knowledge (Travelport/Galileo & Crosscheck preferable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative and independent thinker
• Ability to thrive in an office environment
