The Role
- Managing a team of consultants, you will be responsible for onboarding, training and developing along with ensuring individual and team KPIS are met
- You’ll be able to identify areas of additional training needs and undertake performance management of consultants when required.
- Your problem-solving skills will see you able to assist with resolving booking issues and customer queries effectively.
- You will need to be willing to jump in and handle reservations as required

The Must Haves
- Previous experience in managing a travel team is a must, assistant managers ready to step up will also be considered
- Knowledge and experience working in a call center environment.
- Proven ability to meet individual and team KPIs
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
- Top notch customer service skills & attention to detail
- Able to work weekends on a a rotational basis.
