Bring your tour operations and logistics leadership skills to this global tourism and transport provider in the Northern Territory.
The Role
- This award-winning tourism company is seeking an experienced operations or logistics manager to join their team.
- You'll be responsible for leading and managing the operations team to ensure on time performance and a high level of product and service is supplied to customers.
- In additional you'll ensure all legal regulations are met including licencing and health and safety.
- Oversee tour coordination, client experience and administration.
- Working closely with the company’s GM you will assist with ensuring budgets and yearly goals are met.
The Must Haves
- Previous experience in managing or assisting in leading a tour operations or tourism team.
- Hotel operations experience will also be considered
- Extensive understanding of the Australian tourism market
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
- Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
