THE ROLE
• Effectively manage the Spa and its daily operations
• Create an ambient and relaxing spa environment for guests
• Provide a range of services including massage, facials, waxing and body treatments
• Control the purchasing, ordering and stock of the Spa inventory
• Promote spa treatments and products to boost retail sales
• Manage staff training requirements including on the job training
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Demonstrated experience in a hotel resort environment
• Beauty Therapy, Remedial Massage or equivalent qualifications
• Great communicator and team player who leads by example
• Excellent presentation and a good eye for detail
