THE ROLE
Our client is a Bespoke Luxury hotel that boasts, fantastic benefits and a great management team. They are currently seeking a passionate and talented senior chef to lead their dynamic and professional kitchen brigade
Supporting the Chef de Cuisine, you will be an integral part of delivering an unforgettable and personalised experiences to high-level clientele from start to finish.
THE MUST HAVES
- Previous experience in either a 5-star Luxury Hotel or hatted/Michelin star restaurant.
- Commercial Cookery Qualifications
- Hands on approach to problem solving and the ability to collaborate on menu ideas
- Reliable, self-motivated, energetic and have a strong understanding of a fine dining environment
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
