THE ROLE
• This hands-on role will see you managing the reservations team, mentoring and training staff to ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained
• Maximise revenue through effective yield management, forecasting and astute inventory distribution
• Liaise with front office, housekeeping and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

THE MUST HAVES
• Previous experience in a hotel reservations management role
• Strong understanding of yield management, forecasting and revenue optimisation
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with central reservation systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
