THE ROLE
Assist the Hotel General Manager to manage and control all Recruitment, Personnel, Training and Development activities within company guidelines and policies.
In addition, you will lead and drive a positive environment for the team and support line managers in performance management when required.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and has a willingness to get involved wherever it is needed with a can-do attitude.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Sound level of experience as a HR professional with exposure to the hospitality industry
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good communicator, collaborative in your approach and adaptable
- Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with team members at all levels of the organisation
- Relevant Human Resources qualifications
- Full drivers licence
