The Role
- This award winning tourism company is seeking an experienced operations manager to join their team.
- You'll be responsible for leading and managing the operations team of drivers and support staff to ensure on time performance and that a high level of product and service is supplied to customers.
- In addition you'll ensure all legal regulations are met including licencing and health and safety.
- Working closely with the company’s GM you will assist with ensuring budgets and yearly goals are met.
The Must Haves
- Previous experience in managing a 7 day operations or transport team within a tourism or tour operator environment
- Extensive understanding of the Sydney tourism market
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening as required
- HR licence
- Adaptability and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
