The Role
- This supportive and professional team currently have the opportunity for an experienced IT Support Consultant to join them.
- Working closely with their internal users, including sales, support and management teams you'll be responsible for assisting with a variety of technology issues and duties
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Be confident in finding solutions to a variety of technical errors and issues
- Document and assess all ticketing support requests
- Liaise with management in IT installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Ensure the company is adhering to travel industry and IT compliance standards
The Must Haves
- Previous experience in a similar helpdesk IT support role within the travel industry
- High attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite of products and travel industry software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
