Are you a talented Front office Manager looking to join a proactive executive team that will further develop your career?
This international hotel group is expanding in Australia and looking to employ an experienced Front Office Manager who has aspirations to progress in their career.
You will enjoy working closely with the Hotel Manager to build a talented team dedicated to providing excellence in customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and lead the front office team to ensure a professional working environment and high level of customer service is provided
- Allocate and manage budgets and resources in partnership with the Hotel Manager
- Review and update SOPs including office systems, customer complaints and record keeping arrangements
- Strong people management skills and previous FOM experience is essential!
