THE COMPANY
Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, our client is a boutique property that boasts career progression through its extensive company portfolio. They are seeking a talented Hotel BDM, with multi segment exposure, MICE, Corporate, Leisure to join their dynamic team.
THE ROLE
• Maintain and surpass sales KPIs within allocated regions and accounts
• Expand and fulfill strategic plans to achieve sales KPIs and increase customer base
• Develop and retain solid, long-term customer affiliations
• Collaborate with customers to work out their business objectives
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Strong sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Sales executive or sales manager experience in a similar role
• Solid organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills
• Well-developed time management and prioritising skills
• Ability to develop business opportunities via extensive networking with industry contacts
