- Marine Operations & Fleet Management
- Vessel and Island Mechanical Maintenance
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Working closely with senior management in leading the marine and mechanics team

The Must Haves
- Previous marine operations and fleet management experience in a similar environment
- Min Coxswain Grade 1 (NC) accreditation or higher
- Ability to manage dual responsibilities of coxswain and mechanic
- Thrive in an outdoor, remote island environment
