THE COMPANY
- Our client is a well known PCO with impressive accounts and highly respected in the industry.
- They are currently seeking a talented Travel Consultant to join their dynamic and successful team.
THE ROLE
- Manage group bookings and coordinate all aspects of the itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, and other services
- Assist with leisure travel pre and post arrangements including extended touring.
- Handle delegates' queries within the agreed timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded
- Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are issued correctly
- Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to cultivate a successful working environment

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous leisure travel consulting experience a must
- Groups experience highly desirable
- Strong GDS skills
- Domestic and International fares knowledge
