- Groups range from weddings to family reunions, sporting and educational trips and more.
The Role
- Managing a small team of groups consultants, you will be responsible for onboarding, training and developing along with ensuring individual and team KPIS are met
- You’ll be able to identify areas of additional training needs and undertake performance management of consultants when required.
- As a hands on manager, you'll also be confident in managing a range of group sizes and providing exceptional service.
- Work closely with senior management and internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

The Must Haves
- Previous experience in managing a travel team, assistant managers ready to step up will also be considered
- Strong travel groups consulting experience.
- Proven ability to meet individual and team KPIs
- Top notch customer service skills & attention to detail
- Happy to work a 7 day rotating roster as needed
- Be happy to be office based
