THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Lead and develop the local HR team, providing expert guidance and strategic direction across all people-related functions
- Lead the delivery of workforce strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent
- Oversee HR frameworks, policies, systems, and tools to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Mentor and develop the HR team to deliver high-impact outcomes
- Provide expert industrial relations advice, including the interpretation and application of Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards
- Support leaders across the business with strategic and operational people matters
THE MUST HAVES
- Proven senior HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-site or large-scale operational environment
- Strong expertise in industrial relations and employment legislation
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute workforce strategies
- Confident leader with a collaborative and influential communication style
- Experience working closely with executive and operational leadership teams
