THE ROLE
- Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Director
- Maintain an efficient and cost-effective Finance Department
- Ensure accurate reports for external stakeholders, including parent company
- Oversee internal reports, manage financial transactions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
- Prepare income tax returns and other tax obligations

SKILLS REQUIRED
- CPA or CA qualified with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Financial reporting experience, ideally within a multinational environment
- Proficiency in preparing financial statements and statutory reports
- Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance (income tax, GST, FBT, Superannuation etc)
- Excellent technical accounting skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and regions
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills and team development.
