The Role
- This award winning tourism company is seeking an experienced general manager to lead their team.
- Primarily hands on you will work closely with the operations, finance and sales and marketing teams to ensure the smooth day to day operations and exceptional customer experiences for all clients.
- Working strategically with the global leadership team you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring opportunities to grow trade and direct relationships to increase business
- In additional you'll ensure all legal regulations are met including licencing and health and safety.
- Your extensive experience and understanding of the Sydney tourism market will be the vital key to success.
The Must Haves
- Previous experience in a senior management role within a tourism or travel operator environment
- Extensive understanding and relationships within the Sydney tourism market
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong business acumen
- Flexibility to work a 7 day roster as required
- Happy to be office based
