THE ROLE
• Managing housekeeping across 2 Hotels and a Budget Style Accommodation (328 Rooms) plus Two Pools and 1 Luxury Day Spa
• Lead a large-scale housekeeping and public area team of 47 full-time employees
• Train, mentor and support trainee staff
• Oversee regular maintenance projects
• Maintain daily cost control
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Similar experience in a hotel resort environment
• Ability to liaise with senior management
• Hands on approach to problem solving
• Great communicator and team player who leads by example
• Good computer and literacy skills
• Financial skills including budget management
