- You’ll be well versed in handling the logistics of group travel and be motivated by delivering unique and exciting events
Key Responsibilities
- Handle delegate travel and registrations
- Maintain client files including budgets, timelines and meeting deadlines
- Liaise with a range of vendors and suppliers
- Use your creativity to devise unique and unforgettable experiences for attendees
- Travel internationally and domestically for client events

You Will Need
- Previous event travel management or group travel experience with strong logistical skills
- GDS and strong airfare knowledge a must
- Strong excel and EventsAIR skills highly desirable
- Ability to travel and work weekends when required including overseas travel
- Positive can do attitude
