THE ROLE
• Reporting to the GM, lead the pre-opening sales, marketing and event sales strategies
• Maximise total revenue generation across all functions of rooms, events and F&B
• Deliver trademark customised experiences to exceed clients’ expectations
• Mentoring your team to undertake innovative concepts to maintain a superior ranking in the Australian market
• Proactively pursue new sales accounts, group leads and initiatives to maximise revenue
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• Proven track record as a DOSM in a 5 star hotel with pre-opening experience
• Forward thinking and effective leadership skills
• Highly organised and hands-on approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
