This luxury 5-star hotel group is seeking a talented and experienced DOSM to manage the sales and marketing strategy for 2 leading hotels in the region.
As Director of Sales and Marketing you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Sales and Marketing Department, overseeing 2 direct reports and a team of 18 staff.
THE BENEFITS

- Base salary up to $85,000 USD/circa $130,000 AUD + BONUS

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous DOSM experience in a similar role
- Ability to engage, inspire, develop and mentor a team
- Strong business growth strategy and proven financial acumen
- Local luxury market knowledge
