They are currently seeking a talented Director of Food & Beverage to lead their successful team to ensure all outlets and operate successfully, in accordance with the establishment’s unique vibe.
THE ROLE
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring quality and profitability across multiple outlets
- Motivate a highly successful team, promoting a culture of exceptional service
- Formulate F&B marketing plans to increase revenue and improve guest experiences
- Responsible for monthly costs, inventory, and daily operating expenses
- Timely and accurate reporting of financial information to the General Manager

PREFERRED SKILLS
- Hotel Director of Food & Beverage experience or similar
