THE ROLE
• You will be the first and last impression of this unique brand for all guests in this prestigious location.
• Using your personality and excellent customer service you will assist with all things concierge including booking car transfers, dinners arrangements, meeting rooms etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Proven track record in a Hotel concierge or similar guest services role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate and service-orientated approach
• Proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Strong time management skills
• Genuine drive to go the extra mile every time
• Display excellent attitude and the highest of standards in grooming
• Demonstrate a strong sense of knowledge and initiative
