With numerous unique purpose-built C&E spaces, you will enjoy guiding your team, whilst also managing and converting enquires from PCOs, MICE market and social events.
THE ROLE
- Report directly to the Director of Sales. while liaising with other departments to ensure the success of events
- Hands-on role requiring excellent organisation and people development skills
- Take initiative to follow up quotes to convert business
- Conduct warm and cold sales calls and emails
- Maintain effective relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous sales C&E experience in the hotel industry
• Exceptional presentation and communications skills
• Highly developed administrative skills and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary team
