ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE

This award winning, multi-outlet 5 Star Hotel is looking for a talented Assistant DOFB who can bring their experience, charm and personality to manage their extensive team.
This role functions as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the F & B Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standards of the hotel and are individually profitable.
The MUST haves:
- Min 2 years experience as Assistant DOFM, or Senior Restaurant Manager in a 5 Star Hotel or large venue
- Strong operations, management, administrative and interpersonal skills
- Banqueting experience an asset
- A university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is an asset
- Passport, police check and references.
