This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced 5-star hotel and play a key leadership role in delivering business growth while inspiring a high-performing team.
THE ROLE
• Report to the General Manager
• Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
• Lead, coach and mentor the Sales & Marketing team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and key stakeholders
• Drive digital marketing, PR and social media initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and industry trends
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources
• Work closely with the hotel leadership team to achieve business objectives
THE MUST HAVES
• Previous leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry
• A proven ability to drive revenue growth and commercial success
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in digital marketing and marketing analytics
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, collaborative and results-driven approach
